We Are in this Together
Since the onset of COVID, our team has worked tirelessly to mitigate the long term psychosocial damages to children's education, bridging the learning gap through holistic and innovative programming. Seeing that this complex issue required an equally comprehensive response, we spearheaded a COVID-19 Emergency Response Consortium, which included Qatar Foundation International, Karanga, Salzburg Global Seminar, and Learning in Times of Crisis. Combining our strengths and expertise, the consortium produced “We Are in This Together,” a podcast series that supports the well-being of caregivers and their children through practical activities and coping mechanisms during this difficult time. Available in four languages, it was distributed across 17 global platforms, reaching 543 organizations, and an estimated 160,000 beneficiaries.

We Are In This Together
This series addresses the needs of children during the COVID-19 pandemic by providing simple, but meaningful activities that reinforce emotional wellbeing. The podcasts give caregivers daily activities to enhance self-resilience and explore possibilities to support themselves and children of all age groups and learning stages. Activities and games are designed to require no materials, and touch on topics such as hygiene, empathy, tolerance, patience, and healthy expression. Distributing organizations can request to join the WhatsApp group by contacting us.
Special thanks to our COVID-19 Response Consortium Partners:
Learning in Times of Crisis, Karanga, Qatar Foundation International, and Salzburg Global Seminar.
